Refund policy

1. Return Window

We have a 14-day free return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date the courier tracking shows “delivered” to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility Checklist

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original swing-tags, size labels, and hygiene stickers are attached.

  • Packed in the original polybag/box.

  • A valid order-confirmation email or receipt is available.

Not returnable: Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@finebare.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number and the style/size you’re returning, and the reason for the return.

  2. Our Customer Care team will approve or decline your request within 48 business hours.

  3. Once approved, we email you:

    • a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label;

    • simple packing instructions

  4. A courier agent will collect the parcel directly from your doorstep within five (5) days of label issuance.

Important: Parcels sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.

4. Who Pays for What?

We cover 100 % of return shipping costs—always.

  • Defective/wrong item: We pay.

  • Size exchange or change-of-mind: we still pay.
    No deductions, no hidden “processing” fees.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest route is:

  1. Place a new order immediately (stock moves fast).

  2. Return the original item under this policy.
    As soon as your return passes inspection, we will refund you in full.

6. Refunds

  • We process the refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Funds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Banks/card issuers can take a few extra days—please allow up to 15 business days from our approval email.

  • If the credit has not appeared after fifteen (15) business days, please contact us at support@finebare.com and we will investigate promptly.

7. Damages & Order Issues

Inspect your package on arrival. If you spot damage, defects, or a wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
